Civic Resiliency Brainstorm

The Civic Resiliency Group meets weekly to talk about ways we can contribute to the health and vitality of our public places.  We are informed by the tactical urbanism movement and inspired by permaculture.  This group seeks to bring together a diversity of people to share ideas and coordinate building and small scale agriculture projects that meet the local needs of New London and Southeastern Connecticut community members. Projects might include civic contributions such as  bike racks, picnic benches, painted side walks, and community gardens/food.  If interested, but unable to attend Wednesday, please respond with your availability by contacting Eric Sargent at ersar001@mail.goucher.edu
