This is a class for folks who have little to no experience with electronics and are interested in learning the basics about how circuits work.
This class will teach you about voltage, current, power, basic circuit components, and the most essential tools for analyzing circuits. Each attendee will get a fun kit to build to blink some LEDs and to demonstrate many of the concepts that they learned. The kit includes a breadboard, battery clip, jumpers, and a ton of really useful parts like LEDs, resistors, voltage regulators and more. The cost of the class is $15 per person for Spark Members and $20 for general public.
Taught by John Scimone, an electrical engineer with a masters in power systems and 9 years in industry including 5 years in a research lab in the heart of Silicon Valley.
