    I too would be interested, I own a Sauce company here in CT and you are not allowed by law to make in your home and sell.

    I would be interested in a strong presence in the kitchen team. We have several members who already have skills and interest, and I believe it could be a significant source of financial support for the operation costs of the whole facility if managed actively.
