Come watch chefs prepare dishes and get to sample what's being harvested in your garden or local farm.
Monday evening is an opportunity to drop off any donated fresh produce that you'd like to see featured.
Tuesday from 5:00 to 6:00 PM you can have a drink (BYO) and watch and chat with the chefs and farmers at work from the bar. Please come with your curiosity and ask questions about growing practices, the food, and its preparation!
6:00 to 7:30 PM will be time to sample the dishes and socialize.
This event is hosted by Maple, a self-sufficient farmer with organic practices for 10 years. She owned Hurricane Farm in Scotland, CT.
Fee is $10 for members, $20 for non-members.
