I have worked with wood and equipment in the past but I have only made straight cuts. I have a mitter, circular and jig saws. I want to learn more than that. I want to learn how to do furnitore, or a deck, or something other than cutting wood. I am also an artist and like to carve with a rotary tool.

Sign me up. I’ve done most equipment but not an expert. Understand basic shop safety and can provide safety watch and assistance.

Oh yeah, sign me up! I have never used a table saw on my own, or a lathe or CNC at all, but I think I’m good on everything else. Probably most proficient with drill press, band saw / jig saw, chop saw, and routers.

Would love to be part of this team. Don’t have much training on lathes, CNC or routers, but have spent a reasonable amount of time with the other equipment.

I would like to learn how to do carpentry. How do I begin?

I will definitely participate in woodshop procedure development. I don’t have extensive training on lathes or routers, and very little on bandsaws and CNC, but can and want to learn. I am reasonably adept (or better) with operating table saws, radial arm and sliding compound miter saws, drill press, grinders, and almost any hand tool now available in the shop.
